Registration/Cancellation

1. What is the registration fee?
   The registration fee is $1595.00 until Dec 31st after which it will increase to $1895.00.
2. What is included in my registration fee?
   Registration includes admission into all of the main sessions and breakout groups, hands-on lab training, Q&A with the experts, and the Partner Showcase. It also includes evening and day ski pass.
3. Is Omniture University Training included in my registration fee?
   Yes, to make your Summit ’07 experience even more useful we are offering half-day Omniture University training at no cost. ($595 value). Each attendee will be eligible to sign up for 1 training session. Space is limited.

4. What is NOT included in the registration fee?
   The Omniture Summit registration fee does not include airfare, hotel, ground transportation, or ski/snowboard equipment rental.
5. I’d like to send more than one person from my company. Is there a group discount?
   Yes. We offer a special group price. Buy 2 full conference passes and get 1 free full conference pass. This is a savings of $1895.00
6. I’m not sure of my schedule right now. Can I wait and register on-site?
   Yes, but we can’t guarantee the availability of all activities and break out sessions for late registrations.
7. Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
   After you register online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.
8. Do I have to pre-select my sessions when I register?
   No, you may wait and select the appropriate sessions at the conference. As long as you have pre-registered, the sessions will be available to you.
9. What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?
   We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We can also accept a purchase order from your company.
10. Will you send me materials and credentials in advance?
    No. When you arrive at The Grand America Hotel, you will be directed to the Omniture Conference Services Desk, where you will get your conference badge and materials.
11. Is my reservation transferable?
    If you registered and paid but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague in your company for a $50 processing fee until March 2nd. Contact our reservation hotline at 1-866-812-3734.
12. What if I have to cancel?
    Cancellations received by February 3, 2007 will receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. After February 3, 2007, no refunds will be made. You may, however, still transfer your reservation to somebody else in your company for a $50 fee until March 2nd.

Conference Information

1. I’ve been an Omniture customer for two years. How will this Summit help me?
   We have several courses designed for technical experts who have a desire to increase their understanding of the latest Omniture applications. Many sessions are geared towards delivering tips and ideas to advanced users.
2. I don’t manage site traffic in my company, but I’m concerned with the overall results. Will the conference be beneficial to me?
   This year’s Summit will include business, organizational, and marketing topics in addition to the user-focused sessions. It will be beneficial for anybody concerned about overall online marketing success.
3. I’m not very technical. Will I still be able to understand everything?
   The Summit is designed to benefit both novices and experts. Just choose the course track that is most appropriate for your skills, and you’re sure to leave with additional understanding and knowledge.
4. Do I have to pre-arrange for the one-on-one consultation for my website?
   You should schedule your consultation with our best practices team through the conference services desk once you get to the conference. There will also be an Ask The Experts area that is open all day and staffed with knowledgeable troubleshooters that can answer most any question you may have.
5. Where do I find the presentations from the Omniture Summit 2007 Break-Out Sessions?
   Omniture will provide Summit customer attendees the opportunity to download *any of the break-out session presentations.

Hotel/Travel/Venue

1. What is the closet airport?
   Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is a 10 minute drive from The Grand America Hotel.
2. How do I get from the airport to the conference?
   Reasonable ground transportation is available from the following companies:

3. What kind of weather should I anticipate?
   Salt Lake City is typically cold in late March and early April, so you should plan accordingly. Although the weather can be unpredictable in early spring, there is a good chance we’ll see snow, and temperatures ranging anywhere from 15-45 degrees.
4. How should I dress?
   Plan on warm attire. Long pants, heavy coats, hats and gloves are suggested for outside activities. During conference sessions, business casual attire is appropriate.
5. What if I have special dietary needs?
   Please indicate any special requests in the comment section provided at the end of the registration process. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
6. Are discounted rates available at the Little America Hotel and The Grand America Hotel?
   Yes, discounted rates start at $159 at the Little America Hotel and $249 at The Grand America Hotel. Mention the Omniture Summit when making reservations to take advantage discounted prices.

1. Where can I rent skis?
   Omniture has arranged for discounts on rentals at the Snowbird Center.
