Shar is a senior analyst for Forrester Research whose work focuses primarily on strategies for leveraging the interactive
channel. She is widely quoted in publications such as the New York Times, Fortune, and the Wall Street Journal and has
appeared on national Public Radio. Shar’s specific areas of emphasis include email marketing, online advertising, search
engine marketing, ad serving and targeting, mobile marketing, and in-game advertising. She, together with the rest of the

Neil Weston

Neil Weston is General Manager, EMEA and Senior Vice President of Omniture. In this role, he is responsible for operations across Europe,
the Middle East and Africa. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Weston served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, EMEA of Siebel Systems,
Inc., a software solutions and services provider.
Neil Morgan

Neil Morgan leads marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Omniture, the leading provider of online business optimisation software.
A career marketer in enterprise software, he has spent 17 years across all marketing disciplines including product management, product
marketing, channel marketing, public relations, analyst relations, and strategic marketing management. He has extensive international
experience, having held UK, European, US domestic and worldwide roles.
Brett Error
CTO & Vice President of Products, Omniture Inc.
Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Products since 1999. Brett is responsible for the overall technology
leadership and direction for Omniture. He oversees Omniture's engineering, product management, and network operations teams.
More recently, he has had responsibility for the integration of technologies gained through Omniture's acquisitions and leads
the company's efforts to establish and grow Omniture's online business optimisation platform. Brett has been instrumental in
Omniture's emergence as a leader for online business optimisation with leading technologies in the areas of Web analytics,
behavioral targeting, search engine marketing, real-time segmentation and analysis, and partner application integration. Prior
to joining Omniture, he worked for an Internet service provider and web development agency. Mr. Error holds a B.S. in Biology
from the University of Utah.
