Highlights for Children, a children’s educational publishing company, is best known for its magazine, Highlights. While it used to rely heavily on direct mail, the online channel has steadily become a key sales channel for the company’s wide assortment of educational books and products, book clubs, and learning games.

Their challenge was to find out how to best market their products through their family of websites including www.highlights.com, www.highlightskids.com and www.highlightsparents.com.
