
Schwan's Home Service, Inc. Expands Relationship with Omniture and Selects Test&Target and Recommendations for Increased Relevance and Customer Engagement
OREM, Utah - June 23, 2009 - Omniture, Inc. (NASDAQ: OMTR), a leading provider of online business optimization software, today announced that Schwan's Home Service, Inc., one of the world's largest frozen food home delivery companies, is using the Omniture Online Marketing SuiteTM to improve the performance of its home delivery Web site, http://www.schwans.com/. Schwan's Home Service currently uses Omniture SiteCatalyst® and Discover® for the measurement, analysis and segmentation of customer and transactional data across its online marketing channels and has recently selected Omniture Test&TargetTM and Omniture RecommendationsTM for A/B testing and automated, yet highly customizable, product recommendations.

With Omniture Test&Target, Schwan's Home Service will be able to more quickly and easily create A/B and multivariate tests of content and creative in order to increase relevance for shoppers. The company hopes to greatly improve upon its previous forays into A/B testing, which while inherently valuable and insightful, were very manual and cumbersome. Specifically, Schwan's Home Service now gains the ability to more efficiently test content on its homepage banners, category page banners and product pages, in order to better determine what content is most compelling and relevant to its shoppers. It will also be able to test the efficiency and performance of its onsite registration and checkout flow in order to streamline the process and increase conversions. Using Omniture Recommendations, the frozen food retailer can provide automated and dynamic product recommendations based on a product's popularity, purchase history and affinity with other products. Schwan's will also leverage its SiteCatalyst analytics data to better ensure recommended products reflect key performance indicators (KPIs) and meet its merchandising goals. This will enable Schwan's to optimize conversions and average order value (AOV) by suggesting complementary cross-sell items, such as a side dish or dessert.
