You can visit the Site to read information about our company, products, and services without telling us who you are and without revealing any personal information. What Are Cookies

What are Clear Gifs?
Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies and are used to track the online movements of Web users. The main difference between the two is that clear gifs are invisible on the page and are much smaller, about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Clear gifs are not tied to users' personally identifiable information.

SECURITY

CUSTOMER POLICY

Our Customers:
Omniture is an Application Service Provider (ASP) that provides a Web site tracking and analysis service, called SiteCatalyst, to client Web sites. Customers of the Service will be using Omniture to host Web data and information ("Data"). Any Data obtained by Omniture from the Customer Site is and will be Customer property and will be treated by Omniture as proprietary and confidential information, and, as such, Omniture will not disclose such information to any third party. Omniture will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as requested by the Customer or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, billing, or as may be required by law. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their usernames and passwords to log into their account.

Recommended Clause for Customer's Privacy Statements:
Omniture recommends that contracted customers using the Service add a statement or clause to their privacy policy identifying that they are using a third party to track visitor behavior to their site. An example of a statement is found below.

We currently contract with several online partners to help manage and optimize our Internet business and communications. We use the services of a marketing company to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and how visitors use our site. To do this, we use Web beacons and cookies provided by our marketing company on this site.
