Registration/Cancellation
- What is the registration fee?
$1995 USD.
- What is included in my registration fee?
Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions, Hands-On Training Labs, Q&A
with the experts, and the Partner Showcase. It also includes Wednesday night entertainment, and Friday
ski pass, as well as all of your conference meals.
Note: Skiing is limited to 400 guests.
- Is there an additional charge for Omniture University training?
Yes, Omniture University Training courses (schedule below) are available for customers at a rate of
$249 (a savings of 37%) per session. There is an option to sign up for Omniture University classes
when you register for the conference.

- Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?
All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.
- I’d like to send more than one person from my company. Is there a group discount?
Absolutely. Buy 2 full conference passes ($3990) and get 1 complimentary conference pass (a savings
of $1995).
- Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.
- What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- Is my reservation transferable?
Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a
colleague from your company for a $50 processing fee until February 26th. Please submit all transfer
requests in writing to The Housing Connection at
thc@housingregistration.com. For further questions regarding registration please call the Omniture
Registration Hotline at 1-800-217-0002 within the United States, 1-801-521-9025 from outside the United
States.
- What if I have to cancel?
Cancellations received by February 5th, 2008 will receive a full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee.
After February 5th, 2008, no refunds will be honored. You may, however, still transfer your registration
to a colleague from your company for a $50 fee until February 26th.
Hotel/Travel/Venue
- What is the closest airport?
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is a 10-minute drive from The Grand America Hotel.
- What kind of weather should I anticipate?
Salt Lake City is typically cold
in early March, so you should plan accordingly.
- How should I dress?
Plan on warm attire. Long pants, heavy coats, hats and
gloves are suggested for outside activities. During the conference, business casual attire is
appropriate.
- What if I have special dietary needs?
Please indicate any special requests
in the comment section provided at the end of the registration process. We will make every effort
to accommodate your needs.
- Are discounted rates available at the Grand America and the Little America Hotel?
Yes, discounted rates start at $249 at The Grand America Hotel and $159 at the Little America
Hotel. Mention the Omniture Summit when making reservations to take advantage of discounted prices.
